Terms & Conditions

1. All conversions / rates are based on our understanding of your needs and within the allotted time. Any change in performance, including minor upgrades, could result in additional costs as a result. Please make sure to clarify our understanding of face-to-face meetings.
2. By accepting the rate, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of Jkyra Soft Solutions Acceptance can be verbal, by e-mail, initial payment, signature of the quote.
3. Customers to ensure that we have included all the requirements in the input / forecast / strategy and that we fully understand their requirements. Customers should provide us with clear guidelines as well as specific procedures or specifications they may require. If these details are not provided, we will proceed with our understanding of the requirements and express them. At another level, if changes occur, it may incur additional costs to accommodate those changes. So, it is important that you describe all aspects of the development of your website and make sure that you are quoted in the required terms.
4. Any complexities related to a specific project, must be identified and included in the submission for cost purposes. We work in good faith and rely on our customers to reveal the perfect photo during the listing. Jkyra Soft Solutions will no longer correct any errors resulting from unclear. Minor changes may be made within the allotted hours. This will be examined individually.
5. Jkyra Soft Solutions will do everything possible to complete the service / change within the given timeframe. Reasonable delays are accepted if functionalities are redefined or modified.
6. Any delay on the part of the client may delay the duration of this project as well as the expected time may result in additional costs.
7. Any bug (program error) reported during or only when the development does not result in additional costs. Any design changes after design support will incur additional costs.
8. Any changes requested during development or during Go-Live Approval will incur additional costs. All services added, non-refundable, and separate fees. Jkyra Soft Solutions will not be held responsible for any delays in the job description changes.
9. Website / application content and all related documents must be provided within the first two weeks of operation. Any subsequent delays can delay the duration of this project and incur additional costs if it exceeds the reasonable time
10. Our websites / applications are usually tested on PC and include the most recent of these browsers: IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. If you would like the test done on another browser, please let us know in advance.
11. Responsive and passive web pages are tested on iPhone and iPad. If you would like to have the test done on another device, please let us know in advance.
12. If your website / application is not hosted on our server, any other user hours may be required due to a server or network problem not being covered in our quotes and may be charged separately. In addition, it can increase the previously planned features. If you would like to retain the service, please let us know in advance. In order to complete the service at no additional cost, we will require that the account be updated based on the work performed. Additional details may be considered in such a case.
13. Kyra CMS is a sole proprietary of Jkyra Soft Solutions & owns copyright of all code written for each customer, unless pre-configured prior to the start of this service. Jkyra Soft Solutions  reserves the right to use any custom codes for the customer, solely for their use. This license is granted only for customer not for Resale.
14. The website will be designed to be delivered to the web, using a web server with similar notices or configurations. Depending on the traffic to your website, the website may not work if placed around an office network.
15. Depending on the required performance, additional features such as additional payment gateways or SSL certificates may be involved in creating the website / application. Although Jkyra Soft Solutions will do its utmost to recognize the quality of such equipment, any unexpected end of things is beyond us. All transaction costs (such as SSL, payment gateway, Google Adwords, payment authorization, etc.) are not included in our selection.
16. Jkyra Soft Solutions does not take responsibility for open source products such as WordPress, Open Source carts, Joomla etc. It is the customer’s responsibility to update all other software and applications. We recommend that you perform a regular backup to avoid any confusion.
17. The customer should be aware that there may be unforeseen circumstances that will delay the development process, especially with regard to the integration of other APIs. We will do our best to complete the project as agreed in the plan. As long as it is a reasonable time, the customer insists that we will not be penalize for genuine delay, while every effort is made to keep the service within the recommended timeframe
18. Domain registration / renewal fee, etc. is not included as part of any activity / plan, unless otherwise stated. If applicable, separate entries must be approved by the client.
19. Hosting Charges is not included in the quotations unless otherwise stated. Jkyra Soft Solutions can arrange the appropriate admission process if required, which will allow its submission to be customized by the customer. When clients decide to organize their own configuration, we must be consulted before completing the type of reception and database, since it must meet the requirements for the technology used for development. Please note that we will need full access and validation support to test and install the application. Jkyra Soft Solutions will not be held responsible for any delays or errors caused by the hosting company’s actions or are not fully disclosed.
20. Jkyra Soft Solutions builds and tests websites / applications on our servers or approved domains. Jkyra Soft Solutions  is unable to give customers or others access to testing on their test servers. Websites / applications may be transferred to other designated servers upon receipt of invoice and all charges. free invoice, Jkyra Soft Solutions  will give the customer free permission to reproduce, print, communicate, use, use, modify or deal with 1) drawings, 2) text and images 3) used on the website published and linked to the form and performance. This will not include any intelligence related to website design, including digital planning, programming code, database system, script, format or performance.
21. Information / communication is usually done by email. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of their relevant email address.

Payments / Refund Terms

1. All costs are quoted in Indian Rupees are including GST except specified.
2. All invoices are to be processed as consistent with the time table through your chosen approach of charge.
3. Milestone payments ought to be made inside 5 operating days of every milestone/time table, except at the same time agreed otherwise. Final charge ought to be made previous to website/software/challenge going live.
